What types of products do you offer?
We provide both:
(i) Digital designs and artworks: for download or online use and
(ii) Physical goods: Printed stationery, business cards, and personalised items.
How can I place an order?
You can place an order directly through our website. Simply select your desired product, and complete the checkout process.
Send a WhatsApp message on +230 5920 5555 with reference/ photo of your payment. We will revert back to confirm your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, and MCB Juice payment (for Mauritius).
Can I pay at delivery or after downloading the artwork?
No, the artwork to be downloaded or the physical goods to be shipped is only processed after full payment.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
How are digital products delivered?
Digital products are delivered via email or a download link after payment is confirmed.
What are your shipping options for physical goods?
We offer standard and premiun shipping options. Shipping times and costs depend on your location and will be displayed at checkout.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders for physical products can only be canceled or modified before production begins. For digital products, modifications may be possible before final delivery. Contact us as soon as possible for assistance.
Do you provide design revisions?
Yes, we offer a limited number of revisions for custom designs. The exact number will depend on the product and will be specified during the order process.
